Most people say that naruto is faster then raikage because he dodged his punch. But one can dodge a bullet or car that doesn't mean your faster then the bullet or car! So somebody please explain that to me. Second question if raikage is at his fastest when using body flicker ,then was he at his fastest vs minato or naruto? Educate me naruto base maybes I'm missing something.

Again. Good luck dodging a bullet that goes at mach 4-5. Watch the anime episode, notice that when the raikage MOVES to hit naruto with his fastest punch? And Naruto sees the punch in slow motion? That's real physics. They both look like they're going slow but in reality it's just Naruto matching the speed then using more chakra to gain an even faster move speed. In order for the Raikage to perform his fastest punch he must go at his top speed. You can't half or 3 quarters your speed in order to deliver your fastest punch. It would only make sense that he would use the power from movement and use the force of the speed and his punch to do maximum lethal damage. / thread

Remember guys, the Raikage is weaker than Tsunade in terms of strength. So if I were the Raikage I would've moved at top speed in order to deliver a fully Lethal hit.

If You weren't faster, you couldn't dodge.

The Sharingan Allows It's User to see their opponents move before they make it. Naruto didn't see the Raikage's punch coming before he even made it. He can't perceive his opponents attack before it is made, he can only perceive that there will be an attack of some sort. As such, he dodged the Raikage's attack through simple perception that the Raikage would try to stop him from leaving, through force. Naruto's reflexes were improved but not his visual perception. That stayed the same. Why? It's simple - KM Mode enhances his speed and reflexes, NOT His Visual Perception. Even the simplest mind would be able to see the Raikage's attack coming in that situation. If you cannot accept the irrefutable facts, then you shouldn't post stupid threads like this.

As for MS - It doesn't enhance anything for the user. It only grants access to the MS Techniques.
Sharingan gives it's user the ability to see their opponents move before it's made but with one crucial flaw -
It does not enhance their speed/reflexes. The user must train these things on their own. It does not matter if you can see a move before it is made, If you do not have the speed to keep up you will fail. It's as simple as that.

Logic dictates that the anticipation of an attack only helps if you have the speed and reflexes to dodge it.
Naruto has both. Therefore, Logically speaking, Naruto anticpated the Raikage would attack him and acted accordingly. He has the speed and reflexes to dodge, therefore, he dodged the attack. Hence It is concluded that Naruto is infact faster than Raikage, and that Naruto only seen the Raikage's attack coming because of simple human perception. If you know someone is going to try to stop you with force, then you anticipate an attack.

I found this from the other thread. Explains it all.

So your saying to deliver maximum power body flicker is not ideal? Also if he wasn't using body flicker he wasn't as fast as hevcan go.you disagree with that?

I had a longggggggg argument with a few people on this topic....I went into so much detail..pages of detail

Long story short, NO ,dodging something doesn't make you faster.. It means you're reflexes operate faster than the speed of what's coming... To dodge a bullet, you'll need reflexes and a brain that works faster than the speed the bullet is coming at and ample speed to get out of the way..

Ever watched this show? the reason they could dodge bullets wasn't because they were faster than them, it was because they had heightened reflexes their brain signals were moving much faster than that of the bullets and could respond faster.. a normal human would barely be able to move a muscle

Naruto dodging Raikages punch means he had two things, good enough reflexes to do it + ample speed to do it, that doesn't mean he's necessarily faster

That didn't explain anything. The question I asked was does dodging make you faster. Iif you'm saying just because you can dodge an attack. That doesn't make you faster. If your saying a slower person can't dodge a faster person attack I disagree.also if he wasn't using body flicker was he at his fastest?
