I didn't like him either but I'll give him a second chance. Writing & script not actor mostly.

No. If someone does a REALLY good job with a part & a big fanbase it's actually wise not to stay for too long. A wise actor doesn't want to be known by one part. Robert Downy Jr is an acception 'cause he was a pothead with a failing career. Without T.S. he'd be nowhere right now.

I've seen peter capaldi in many other things and he's a brilliant actor, its the script that he's given that's letting him down. I don't know how you can say you don't like him when you haven't seen a single episode of his though. He has a dark side to him which they've tried to put in but not so well so far, the next season should be playing off that more.

I think you should. If you give him a chance and don't like it, its one or two episodes you didn't like. If you give him a chance and love it, it's 10 episodes you've gained.

na i saw the trailers i didnt like the way he portrayed the doctor

Series 8 wasn't great, but it was due to the script not the actor. From what I've seen from the trailers Series 9 will be quite good.
