Doctor Hidan could have been a spy.

I don't know exactly how long Hidan was with akatsuki but he could have been an extremely dangerous weapon for Obito's/Madara's plans to be fulfilled. Think about it, if he was trained to be a spy such as Kabuto he could have infiltrated the village at an early stage as a medic and taken blood samples of nearly everybody from the village. It is unknown to what level he can use his curse, or how massive but if he could thenRight now there would be no war, it would just be a threat. " Give us the Jinchuriki or die, literally ".
