I don't see how anybody could forgive sasuke for what he's done other than naruto. Inless he helps defeat madara or the juubi
this is why I think naruto would make a crap hokage. Sasuke should be treated like any other rogue ninja. He killed a leaf shinobi and betrayed the village thus deserves punishment. but as kage naruto would probably let him off
Not back in the leaf, seriously no. But I would like him to become sort of neutral again. Not a truly good guy but someone who might help his former friends once then go his own way as a loner. Him being back in the village is just too much. Him dying a total villain is bad too. I never liked evil Sasuke. Atm I find him pretty cool again because he wants to learn and opens up to more knowledge and the truth. That's the kind of smart Sasuke that I want to see.

Your thread is pointless. Not a single ninja falls under the light category. Compared to Kages who used Akatsuki to kill millions for their cause, Sasuke is literally a saint. If they are automatically forgiven just because they want to put the past behind them, your justifications about forgiveness seem pointless to me, and frankly speaking hilarious.
Look at Gaara, the guy killed for sport, and now he's an angel. Onoki used Akatsuki to wreck havoc on other nations for his own agendas, but he's somehow forgiven without punishment. A attacked leaf to take Kurama and not to mention Neji's father who died because of him, and countless others. Danzo did extremely callous things for self-glory and the list is endless. Yet they are some sort of heroes. This Kishimoto guy is truly disgusting for spreading his jingoism with this angle. Sometimes, this guy makes me absolutely sick.
Sasuke and the rest of Akatsuki members are not evil. Your perceptions are skewed and deplorable. It's the nations' and their leaders who are truly the cause of everything evil in ninja world. Had Tobirama treated Uchiha equally and had the government not leaned towards the other founder clan unjustly, there never would have been a revolt and none of this would have happened. The uchiha clan founded the village, and they owned it equally. To take the power in their hand without a cause, the senju clan after Hashirama were truly power hungry. If you deny this, then you must be reading a separate manga.
Akatsuki were emissaries of peace before Danzo got Yahiko killed. Whatever they wrought falls on his shoulders. In fact ALL their terrorist activities do. Not only did Konoha crush their village to the ground, but they meddled with their clan wantonly for their own gain. It's in fact the powerful nations that need to be brought down for the safety of others. Henceforth, your thread about forgiveness is absolutely laughable, no offense.
