Kishi said in a interview that he wants to reveal Kakashi's face but doesn't know how he will do it:

As a huge fan of Kakashi, I personally don't want Kishi to do this because he already looks great with the mask on. What is the purpose of revealing his face? It will just answer the curiosity of what's behind the mask. It's like fan-service for the Kakashi fans, really. Though, I think Kishi is playing a big gamble here. Kakashi is a very popular character but his image can be ruined if his face isn't what people expected to be. After all, we are used to seeing Kakashi with his mask on and in fact, we have always seen him like that.

Might as well. I Kishi already took away what made him Kakashi of the Sharingan(wonder how he will replace it). Madara ripped out his eye for crying out loud. Pretty sure he will look like Sakumo though.

I don't. It's part of Kakashi's allure. Part of him would be ruined if he showed his face now.

Plus the moment is gone. The ideal time would have been when he met his father after he died in Pain Arc. I feel now it'd just be fan service and rushed and not actually integrated into his character for an emotional reason or whatever.
