I think she'd know this. Kids are cruel. And Naruto being Ninja Jesus and looking the other way doesn't mean that the village will. There already was a distrust of Uchihas and for all we know they could have revealed the village killed the Uchihas because of the coup. Add that her uncle was the butcher and her father a rogue missing-nin who attempted to assassinate the kages? Sarada probably gets low-key crap about her family. Her dad is also barely there (supposedly) so the only dealing with that is Sakura.

I don't think Sakura will ever talk about Sasuke trying to kill her or her trying to kill him. Or about what he did to Karin. That would really mess up a kid and the only ones to witness it are Kakashi, Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke. That might stay a secret unless she talks to Karin at some point in her life.
