I want to become a manga writer one day, yes. Currently I'm still in the progress of learning how to draw anatomy. And I'm also drawing/writing a Naruto doujinshi.

Its hard to keep the originality based on the original people and events coz its connected even in the slightest similarities.

I recently bought a step by step book on how to draw ''dynamic'' comics from a local book store entitled: ''Comics Crash Course'' by Vincent Giarrano.

It didn't help... I still suck at drawing characters, structures, and other objects.
Perhaps drawing like professional artists is an inborn trait. lol

In manga point of view, u hafta be very good at drawing things, or u cud wind up as a satire class comics where we didnt care about the details.....

Technically, you said WRITE. Not DRAW. If it's just writing, I'm writing Manga day in day out. It's called FanFiction. If it's DRAWING Manga, I do have some skill, but definitely not enough for me to make even a One Shot. Making a Manga is harder than anybody thinks.
