If he just went after the Elders like he said at first, then I would be ok with it, but now he's targeted the whole village and none of them know anything about what happened, so as of now, no Sasuke's decision is not justified.

I dont even think Sasuke is justified in killing the elders. You'd think Sasuke would learn that the path of revenge isn't for him after Itachi's revelation. Sasuke has always been a confused avenger. Hopefully now he is leaning towards deciding his own destiny.
