It's justified.

But just because something is justified, doesn't mean that it's right.

What he's doing is wrong.

I think it makes sense logically to someone in his position which makes it seem justified, but it is very wrong. I understand sasuke for wanting to do this and I think it makes sense that someone would come up with this kind of goal.

Many have their own values and morals (etc.) that doesn't fit well with others or individuals who mentality or psychologically unstable. In their minds, it could be right (etc.) and in ours, it could be wrong (etc.) (vice-verse).

We dont know what Sasuke's current path any more. He is still deciding on what he will do. Itachi may have changed him, FYI.

No! He conveniently ignores the fact that his clan was clearly in the wrong!, clearly! The Uchiha brought justified destruction upon themselves..

I can understand why he would want that; it's logical he would want revenge, but I only agree partly with it. He can take revenge on the Council because they are the ones who took his clan away, but killing the village is not good (assuming he still wants to do that).
Though I can understand why he would want to murder the village people as well - an eye for an eye, or in this case a village for a clan.

But it seems he has begun doubting his need for revenge, so it could be that he decides in the end to forgo his quest for revenge.

Here's something that gets lost for most western viewers, Filial Piety. In the old days in Asia, if someone committed a murder against your clan, you were obligated to commit equal vengeance or get monetary compensation. It's justified but not right as Captain America said.

What he wants to do is perfectly understandable, but it isn't morally justified IMO. At least Konoha did it for the sake of preventing more casualties, vengeance isn't a good enough reason to justify it however.

Im thinking now that he has the edo tensai seal release for madara (if i read those chapters correctly, its in the scroll that souigetsu picked up) that he may use it to either control madara (i really doubt that theory) Or he's going to give to to orichimaru to use who, as said in 592 or whatever, that he doesn't want anything to do with the war, who would release the jutsu right before naruto and madarra begin seriously fighting.

Do i think its justified what sasuke is doing, to the elders yes and no. the elders did let sasuke live, which is good because he would have been killed for nothing.

But only against the elders would it be justified. Sasuke killing the whole villiage is just as bad as Danzo and the 3rd telling itachi to kill the uchihas, i also dont really see sasuke as a "bad guy" I see him more as a misguided character, and i think itachi may have helped him realize what he really needs to do.

No he should follow itachi's path instead of being so selfish... maybe kill the elders though.
