We know far too little on Izuna considering he's Madara's brother we haven't seen anything but him getting killed by Tobirama and that he was around the same level as Madara with Madara obviously being the stronger of the 2.

Izuna's death is the only reason Madara went evil he loved his brother and since Hashirama didn't kill himself or kill Izuna he went evil
