This new monument that was created by their fight is telling a perfect story.

The VOTE monument was representing Hashirama vs Madara.

The new monument is way more interesting:
-The statues have no head , it is representing a left handed guy , a Uchiha , against a right handed guy , a Senju , now , it is not only about Madara and Hashirama but about Senju and Uchiha , or just opposites).
-They are making the reconciliation sign.

It is representing the reconciliation between Naruto and Sasuke , the Uchiha and the Senju , between 2 opposites.

Not really. It kind of is a monument to the old and corrupted shinobi world. It was kind of simbolic how they destroyed it on their last battle.
