Natural Superhuman strength doesn't just randomly happen. Its something that had to be pass down.

Even just by moulding his chakra he caused a dense environment and cracked up everything around him.

Hashirama must have been strong. He possess a Kekkei Genkai that generates the very origin of life itself, and a user in a superpowerful Sage Mode. Even Naruto found it easy to pick up giant objects. Imagine all that raw power packed into his fist!

I think there's a possibility of this. Since it would seem like "Stronger Life Force = Stronger Physique". One of the reasons may also be that Tsunade is a descendant of Mito and Hashirama. Both who possess incredible life force.

Femme is right on this one. It isn't regular/natural super strength. It is gathering and focusing chakra in a single point in her fist/feet then releasing said amount all at once which creates those damaging feats via chakra control.

Hashirama's strength comes from Sage Mode which is chakra/body/and natural energy as averse to Strength of a Hundred.

There chakra contorl is greater than Naruto's , which is why they can do what they do

Sakura does it a different way than Tsunade, which is why Hashirama says she may be more powerful, because he had not been informed on the mechanics.

Sakura has more destructive power, because she uses, CES which is an explosion of chakra, that destroys whatever it hits. Tsunade has immense physical power which is why she can lift, but has significantly smaller destruction feats.

Another example, Tsunade can create a ravine with her finger. It is focused, because it is on her own strength, where Sakura would've demolished the ground.

To put it shortly,
Tsunade possesses Super Strength to a degree, but it has a limit, though it doesn't require much thought or effort.
Sakura and Sarada simulate super strength, but do to the artificial production of the strength, have more destructive capability than Tsunade.

You have to be blood related in order inherit clan traits. An there is no mention of Tsunade's last name or that Hashirama or Tobirama had kids. Without that information Tsunade is not related to Hashirama or any Senju by blood but through marriage an did not get her strength from Hashirama but through her Uzumaki lineage.

The byakugou is Uzumaki, strong chakra pool is Uzumaki, Life force is Uzumaki. Those things Tsunade have from Uzumaki blood. Senju blood just happens to have some of the same traits an is why Hashirama keeps getting into Tsunade's story.

No one can post a scan of anyone saying that Tsunade is a Senju, it is only said that she is Hashirama's granddaughter an we know Hashirama married into another clan that was already established in their own wright.

Tsunade is a Uzumaki not a Senju until I see scans or it is stated by one of these two characters, an Hashirama is dead so Tsunade should adress in the future maga/anime.
