Its Tobi who is in bad siuation not Kakashi.Naruto,Bee and Kakashi won't fail.If Kakashi die it would not because Tobi kill him but most likely when he'll sacrify himself and die by chakra exausrion to save his team.But Kakashi will not die ,if he die it would be against Sasuke imo.

yeah he can but i don't think he would use large scale techs since gedo mazou is right there and isn't suppose to be harmed.
so i don't think he can use shinra tensai and chikabi tensai but just the other path's and even so guy and naruto can just rush at him and if that happens tobi needs to use the intagibility and bee can just use his lighting swords or any other of his techs and kakashi can kamui them to hit tobi.

and also i think the army gave those soilders chakra pills, that could be the reason kakashi is not that worried about kamui like he was before.

yeah but tobi target would be kakashi so kakashi is the target and tobi has the rinnegan still and he can try to evade attacks but he has to be more careful than ever now since kakashi is there.

At this point Madara needs to make his reappearance to switch the tide back in Tobi's favor, then switch the story to Sasuke & Orochimaru for a lilttle while.
