We know nothing about his the degree to which he can use that tech, at most you should say not likely.

we know alot about it actually

-has to be solid to warp objects
-he cant phase for more then 5 min
-anything he warps goes to the pocket demsion first
-warping time SLOWS after being tired or injured
-the center of the tech is in his right eye (or left it really doesnt matter)
-he may or may not have lose this ability after using izanagi

cuz i wa trying to say that he would get tired and quit before all the sasunoo was warped, but it turned into a descussion of wether or not chakra effected his ability to warp objects......which it clearly does

Tobi is currently controlling 7 bijuu, gedo maze and even attacking try to grab naruto and still warping himself without showing strain.. Just saying.

that is an incredile feat in itself, but hes not warping hes phasing in the ground and poppin out, also hes no longer controlling 2 of the best i dont think. Also he was seen "sweating" earlier in the fight and kakashi also said hes was straining alot to the point were he couldnt even use rennigan techs so he is trying atleast a little hard

I agree but he did warp the kyubi away from the village remember and the TBB, THen he sealed the Kyubi . But i agree it isn't important

Nah, not without a decent amount of time. But he can just warp into the Susanoo and suck Madara into his dimension instead.
