But instead of telling it to Doflamingo he runs into Vergo and Vergo says not to disturb Doflamingo and then he himself goes and beats the shit out of Law and when he is about to kill him Corazaon stops him and thats how Law and Corazon became buds

Ahhh... I forgot Vergo beats the shit outta Law at some point. I think what you said is very likely but there will probably more to it than that. But that would be a good reason for Law to feel indebted to Corazon.
