Madara was able to incorporate PS directly to the Kyuubi. Do you think Obito should have been able to do the same with his Kamui during the Kyuubi attack? This would have been disastrous for Konoha but do you think Obito would be capable of this? Maybe not then during the attack (lack of experience), but hypothetically, what about now?

I don't mean the whole Kyuubi. I mean the same way he uses his technique not with transporting his different body parts. Attacks would phase through the Kyuubi is what I'm getting at.

Susanoo is chakra manifested. Madara can coat the chakra on the Kyuubi. However, I don't think you can actually do the same with Kamui, since its a space-time ninjutsu.

Hmm, I can't remember if he did or didn't. The only doubt I have with this is that the Kyuubi might be too big for him. But with Senju DNA, it might be possible for him.

It's most likely do able since he already showed the ability to make things other than his body "intangible" i.e. his clothes, madara's gunbai(when he was using it), spiral zetsu etc. Most likely the amount of things he can make "intangible" is directly related to the mass and volume of said object.

Kakashi said" warping large things require a lot of chakra" so chances are for him to make large things "intangible" for a set period of time requires direct contact at all times and a lot of chakra to keep the jutsu up.
