[Discussion] Do you think this final arc might becom the best bleach arc?

I think that this arc has the potential to become the best arc in bleach. The best arc so far is obviously the Soul Society Arc due to the fact that it all felt so fresh,teh fights were great and not too long,the backstory for teh arc was interestin with lots of suspense and the plot twist at the end of the arc was unexpected and genius at the same time(Aizen's Betryal) After that the arrancar arc had geat moments but was not as good due to lacking proper plot and too many overdrawn fights. However some of the training and fights in the arc were amazing. The fullbring arc was OK, some people complained that it felt like a filler arc but thats a good thing for bleach. Bleach needed a less intense spaced out arc, it was vital for the story to be prologned. Too much hype is bad.

Now we get to this arc and so far I must say it is better than the arrancar arc. The powers of teh sternitters are more interesting than those of espada. Also we had more interestingthings happen like yamomoto's death,reveal of the truth behind ichogo's mom.reveal of ichigo's new zanpakto,kenpachi's shikai.According to kubo we will also be told why ichigo looks like kaien and mayuris research will play a large part in the arc. Yet there are so many things which could be in this arc to make it the best arc like
-Mysteries sorrounding the soul king explained
-Origins of the serretei explained(maybe in some descent flashbacks)
-Origins of quincies and how they survived explained
-True motives of the quincies(what will just killing hollows achieve?)
-Why does juha bach look like zangetsu old man
-Uryu ishida's true motives and major involvement
-Return of aizen and his involvement
-Kenpachi's,kyroaku's and ukitake's bankai
-Character devlopment for sternitter and their backstories
-More info on the mysterious badass Kisuke Urahara

I think that if Kubo were to show and explain those thing well this could become the best arc in bleach. Do you think it will?

Yes It is Current Best Arc after a long Time since Soul Sociey . Kubo told almost all the answers in the Final Chapters.

Things need to pick up though, most of this arc has been kind of boring tbh, with all of these sternritters that we don't care about.

The arc is pretty interesting so far. I liked seeing Yamamato's bankai, Kenpaichi's shikai, Unohana's true nature. But like Mahesvara it could pick up some more.

This arc has been nothing but random fan service to the popular captains.


Byakuya goes from dead to soloing multiple sternritter.

Toshiro escapes death yet again.

Unohana's entire existence and hype get thrown under the bus to please Zaraki fans....and then all he does is break a meteor.

Half of the Sternritter are dying to serve no purpose.

The N went from fighting on par with Shunsui and taking out his eye to getting solod by Byakuya and killed by Ywach.

Inconsistency, fan pleasing, and now it's just dragging.

damn straight. I though N was the strongest sternritter, except Hachwald, but I guess kubo was like "F U C K this" and killed him for nothing.

At the beginning and when I say beginning I think about: First Invasion, Pause between invasions and beginning of second invasions (Toshiro vs Bazz-B, Bambietta vs Koma and that parts) was great and at that time War Arc had potential to be best arc in Bleach. But all went downhill from that point, don't really want to remember all that.

This arc could be best if:
1. Kubo gave more hints in previous arcs about Quincis existence, he gave some hints, but it's not really enough.
2. Killed Byakuya.... Yes, all was ready for Byakuya's death, poem from the Volume in which he was on the cover and in which he died was ""Even if I scatter and never bloom again
I scatter like a flame, beautifully".... It would be great development to Renji and Rukia. Now, his existence is purely just fan service, Kubo don't even know what to do with him. Tho, I must admit that his design after RR is awesome, but Bleach's designs were always awesome.
3. Kubo should give at least 1 chapter to Stern ritters to show us something about them, which would make us care about them, now I'm thinking that these were just useless and boring characters and all pretty much wasted characters... Bazz-B, Bambietta, Cang Du, BG9, Robert (list is a lot longer, but I will not go any further) are the names of characters that could be beastly popular if Kubo give just a couple of pages development to these guys. I hope Askin, Elites, Jugram will not end same, but mounth ago I said that I hope that Bazz-B will not end without a development, but look at him know.
4. Never showed really any traditional Quincy, using bow, arrow, speels (ginto), just showed them with new introduced powers (some of their powers were good, can't say), Quincies with that newly powers seems more like Fullbringers than Quincies when know of (Ryuuken and Uryuu). Similar situation with RG.
5. Killing Hitsugaya, is just nuff. The guy is pure, never had any confilct with Quincies, nor 1000 nor 200 years ago, is one of most talented shinigamis and probably capable of being next leader of Gotei like Yamamoto was for so long.
6. Kira is killed, but he never had friend, since no one was showed to be sad for his death. Nor Rose, nor Rangiku, nor Hisagi, nor Renji, nor Momo, nor Rukia.
7. Quincy even by being outnumbered still attacking each others. Pretty stupid if you ask me. Kubo could use these Quinces to at least show unshown bankais, instead of Pepe vs Lilttoto, or Mininas vs Pepe, or Jugram vs Cang Du/BG9...
8. How come Quincies don't want to brutally kill Mayuri because he did all that researches on Quincies???

I still can go on... but it wouldn't really take us anywhere.

Only thing Kubo did great in this arc is art style...

Bro i don't toshiro is dead . Did you read what Z said making living people Zombie is more effective than Dead . She used her Zombie ability on Toshiro i don't think he died . Rose and Kensei are dead i feel bad about them

Well there was hint at the beginning when Ishida said Quincies were exterminated by Soul Society years ago and proof of Yhwach as fake Zangetsu he was making little hints on Ichigo's Quincy status .

Another thing Masaki's death was never covered from the beginning i always assumed She was Quincy when Aizen hinted about Ichigo's Birth . I wondered how she lost her Power . Kubo Explained it about Yhwach Aushwahlen then that made sense.

I do think Yhwach Wandereich Quincies and Traditional Quincies are different . Remeber Ishida's Grandpa once Mentioned about Shingami and Quincy need to exist toghether and work to maintain peace .

Well i really think Yhwach's armies are now becoming Rouge i really believe Z,P,L or Bazz-B will join Aizen to fight Yhwach .

My only Frustration was why bringing Full bringers they were not necessary to this plot .

There is pretty huge possibility that Kensei and Rose were turned zombies while being alive. Their look is much more better than Bambietta. Bambietta was turned while being dead, and these two were likely turned into zombies while being alive.

Gremmy killed him. But when Gremmy died, what he imagined disappeared, his body, that platform where he and Zaraki fought. Since he killed Rose and Kensei, it's possible that they were brought back after his defeat and that after that Giselle turned them into Zombies.

Yhwach as Fake Zangetsu is one of worst thing Kubo pulled by the way. There were literally no hints before that and there is no really much sense in it.
When Ichigo awake his shikai and called "Zangetsu" name, the one who showed was Yhwach. Why Yhwach? He is not Zangetsu? Zangetsu is Hichigo. Hichigo should be one to show not Yhwach.. Again why Yhwach?
Same when Ichigo when he learned his bankai. Whole time he fought his Quincy side not Zangetsu.
When he goes bankai, he got black haori. Why black just like Yhwach? But how white haori, because Zangetsu in reallity is white?
When Ichigo merged with Tensa Zangetsu, their fusion is exact Yhwach + Ichigo, but again why Yhwach when Yhwach is not his zanpakuto and it's White. Black hair, black uniform, just like Yhwach, it all should be white.. not black

The only thing Kubo drop in about Yhwach not being Zangetsu is during Visored training when Hichigo screamed "I'm Zangetsu". But that's it, it still don't answear why Yhwach showed when Ichigo awaken his Shikai?
Why Yhwach trained Ichigo for Bankai. Why Mugetsu Ichigo look like Yhwach + Ichigo and not like Zangetsu (Hichigo) + Ichigo?

Ichigo being Quincy had sense. I didn't really liked it, but that's just me, it made sense. Still I don't remember I said anything about it above. It was expected:
Shinigami introduction - Ichigo gets Shinigamis powers
Visored/Arrancar introduction - Ichigo gets Hollow powers
Fullbringers introduction - Ichigo gets Fullbringer powers
Quincy introductions - Expected for Ichigo to be Quiny...

Yes, they are different. In base Wandenreich Quincies are Quincies and they should be capable of using their speels. (Ginto - it's Quincy form of Kido) still 0 SR show usage of it.

He got a large wound, no way he can survive that. Dagger (omake) said that Kira is dead (I think). Even if he is not dead, he should be in hospital then. Why any of his friends didn't show worry for him?

Kubo didn't really explain anything in FB arc. How did Ginjo become shinigami? When did he went missing? How he knows that alot? Where is his zanpakuto? Tsukishima was shown runing away from someone when Kugo found him, who was that? (could it be Yhwach)

There is also 2 remaining SWPs, Kugo has pretty good chances to be one. He fit criteria to be transcedent.

I agree with you! It has potential to be the best, I just wish that the Sternritter got more development, or at least some of there powers shown to there full extent without being killed off, honestly don't feel the sense of danger from the Sternritter anymore. Still has a lot of potential though!

"Ending" It is in the final arc, but no anime for this last arc. I have no idea how much loonger it will take.

OT: If the anime rolls around and puts the pacing a little better than how it is in the managa, then it can be the second best arc to me. It will not beat the SS arc.
