Do you think there's more potential to the Naruto gaming franchise ?

If they made it more like DS where you make your own shinobi and get different shinobi classes too choose from. I feel like Miyazaki would take it to the next level especially for fights with bijuu.

I think rpg and open world games are popular now.

Naruto as an RPG would be great, but they're probably going to stick to the typical versus fight games that they make which are a clear cut and paste. Naruto Storm 4 was uneventful, with only an update of the colors and shit. A waste of money

You mean like a naruto xenoverse type game? It's hard to incorporate elaborate open world style missions and movement with a fighting style game, and if you just have ninjas running around like any other open world game it just wouldn't feel right... I think that's the main issue... db is easy... they're just fighting. But naruto has possibilities for a few genres, they just don't meld well together imo

Probably hack and slash, mix with Jutsu cooldowns.
