Do you think the Uchiha's would have been succesful if Itachi hadn't killed them?

yes they would have been sucessful because itachi would have given the information they needed to take them down. but itachi seen a bigger picture. plus if itachi joined the uchiha him n shisui would have done some serious damage together plus the entire uchiha clan. they were segregated for a reason.

if it were just uchiha vs konoha it would be in the bag. but the uchiha would leak info about konoha so other countries could try too take advantage of the civil war. this is why itachi and obit killed the uchiha. obito did so no other uchiha could get in the way of his moon eye plan. itachi did it too keep peace in konoha.

yes indeed. the only one that would have been a worthy opponent for itachi at the time is jiraya. the 3rd is too old to handle itachi and might not be skilled on fighting an uchiha since they are allies. Also you would think oro would back them up since he hates the leaf and would love to get an uchiha body in the process.

The Uchihas were the strongest clan ever. If they were to be alive they would clearly without a doubt conquer the whole world. Easily. The world would be horrible, this would be like German with Hitler taking over all the world accept this time ther eis no U.S.A or evenly powered groups.

Itachi who knew about everything on both sides gets in touch with Madara (as he thinks) and they make an agreement.
Madara tells him he'll help him to crush the Leaf but in exchange he wants Kyuubii. Madara is currently creating a group of mercenaries called Akatsuki and he controls young Mizukage with his ninjas as well. Orochimaru realizes he can't get Itachi's eyes so he decides to betray Akatsuki and support the leaf in order to get young Uchiha Sasuke's eyes during upcoming war. There's no friendship between Leaf and Orochimaru, but thanks to Danzos influence Konoha become allies with the serpent. Danzou makes an alliance with Hanzou, former Kage and Konoha is still in alliance with Sand. Even during the war they still have to train shinobi since they're very young but in both villages there are young shinobi that are being feared by their companions. Naruto trained by Kakashi along with sakura and young Sai who didn't have time to become an Anbu because of conflict with Uchiha and war. Naruto meets Gaara on the battlefield seeing him raging in Shuukakuu's form he realizes they are the same. There's bond growing between two boys after fight in which Naruto had to calm down Gaara with his own fists and technique taught by Ero Senin. Naruto and Sasuke finally meet on the battlefield while Itachi confronts Kakashi Kurenai and Asuma. Thanks to Kyuubi's power Naruto manages to overwhelm Sasuke. That's when Sasuke decides to grow stronger. As years of war pass in continuous fights all young shinobi grow older and a new threat appears, Akatsuki is hunting Biju's from other countries. Naruto trained by Jiraiya during the war now is much stronger. When Akatsuki kidnap Hachibi Raikage decides to join the war...
