Maybe. It's not like they're impossible to find, just ask Brook/Robin/Chopper. (Luffy stole his from Shanks so it doesn't count according to my arbitrary rules)

I doubt any of them would eat it though, because they already have a clearly defined set of powers, and seeing Sanji with the power to shoot lazors would be weird.
