Do you think the Story Naruto is Mostly Drama

I was going over some of my old volumes and happened upon one of Kishimoto's old interviews from last year. In this interview he talks about his story Naruto, what made him want to draw the series and how it shapes up to its pilot chapter.

Do you think the current story of Naruto is mostly a drama?

And if you read/ have read the pilot, what do you think of Naruto's original Oneshot?
