Do you think the naruto stroy would be difffernt if Obito Uchiha would not have died?

Obito will never have aweken the MS though as he'll never kill Kakashi or Rin! Even if his Sharingan will have become a bit more powerful, he'll still have died since even a great Sharingan User as Shisui died.

You dont need to kill your best friend to awaken the mangekyou sharingan. Kakashi did not kill his best friend yet he has it, sauke did not kill naruto and he has it. Madara probably did not kill his best friend either that was the way itachi did it so he thought that was the only way to awaken it.

not including kakashi, not much would change.Obito would just die at another time. Maybe he would talk to sasuke and change how sasuke thought, but thats about as much that could happen

Assuming Obito's words broke through Kakashi and Kakashi became the one we all know. His coolnes would still exist since Obito would die via massacure.
