I think I know what you mean. After reading the manga and watching the anime it's like I see Sasuke just as much as Naruto. They're always together or when one is mention you automatically think of the other. Like It's not just Naruto as the main character Sasuke is just as big of a main character as Naruto and people should be able to see it in how kishi writes the manga. If the manga was going to be solely about Naruto then yeah but seeing how it's about Naruto and Sasuke I think a different title could've worked better. JMO
