Do you think the Juubi's final form has a conscience?

Once it enters it's final form, do you think it will have a conscience of its own and it will be able to talk like the other Bijuus? I hope so, because I don't just want to hear mindless roars emitting every chapter.

I thinks it is simply power, in a physical form and when the Sage split it into the 9 tailed beasts he gave them conscience and reasoning.

Juubi is instinct. Tailed Beasts are intelligent. Both have power. Juubi, more so.

No, when SO6P split it he gave the 9 tailed beasts intelligence.

But, I'm hoping that SO6P infused some of his chakra into the Juubi so that when someone becomes the Jinchuuriki ( as Obito just did ) He'd either take over their body or seal them ;D, In a similar manner to how Minato sealed his & Kushina's chakra into the 9 tails.
