well, naruto is a japanese anime, and it uses aspects of Shinto , so nope no heaven or hell...as you can tell how they play with life and death so much, if this wernt true naruto and sasuke would be deceased long ago

Well, justified killing exists in Japanese beliefs part. Bushido, so they won't go to Jigoku (hell) for that.

I'm not religious at all, but I don't think killing a person would send you to hell as fucked up as it is, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. In this world it's either eat or starve, and your so called all knowing god should understand that..
