I wonder if Bolt's generation is taught about Madara and Obito and the battle with the juubi. Due to this most recent war, I actually think that this new generation has so much more potential to be informed about shinobi world history and some of the more powerful entities in the shinobi world than their parents did when they were in the academy. Think about it:
When Naruto's generation was in the academy, hardly anyone in the world had even heard of the juubi and most people that even knew about Hagoromo saw him as just a myth. After the war however, academy textbooks must have been updated to inform students that there actually is a juubi (and therefore more than just the 9 bijuus like most people thought) and that Hagoromo existed.
Depending on what information team 7 gave everyone after the war, the textbooks may even mention Kaguya, her sons, her grandsons and Black Zetsu's manipulation throughout the centuries.
Also, many people saw Hashirama's power as a myth as well. As of the most recent war however, people got to see Hashirama's and Madara's power first hand. These two must be mentioned in the textbooks.
Of course you can't forget about Obito. He is the one who started the war after all. Kabuto is probably mentioned too.
The infinite tsukuyomi most definitely should be mentioned!!
Furthermore, Bolt and Sarada specifically should know a ton about the shinobi world history and some of the major powers. If I was Naruto or Sasuke, I would definitely tell them the story of Kaguya and the Ootsutsuki clan. Also, Sarada is hopefully aware of what the rinnegan is in addition to just sharingan and its advanced forms (mangekyou and eternal mangekyou). As for Bolt, his parents combined met both Hagoromo and Hamura! Furthermore, Naruto is the jinchuuriki of all 9 bijuus, so they could supply more historical knowledge.
