The other icons around them represent Elemental release, I don't see why kishi would put Yin/Yang in the middle of the elemental releases if they aren't Yin/Yang Release.

Yeah its already been explained with an early translation of a page. It is referring to the Yin Release and the Yang release.

Well he did score a 4 in ninjutsu in the 3rd databook.

The hyuga arn't proficient in Ninjutsu, they're taijutsu spealist, plus we never see Neji excel in chakra natures, if Neji had 1 it would be wind element because of air palm as such.

No feats needed. Feats are only needed to tell us how good they are at using them elements.

True but then In my opinion some people are going to put out some ridiculous thread like how some character could counter some of deidara's moves because they have the ability to access lighting element when we don't know how good they are at using it

I mean the release erases ninjustus, something that only a hand full of people can do.

Obviously yes.

Simply because characters have the ability to use 3-4 elements doesn't mean they've mastered them nor can effectively use them in combat.

The new elements given to characters are practically useless in vs threads because we don't know what Jutsu's they have nor their level of mastery over said element.

The Databook is the reference to the each Characters abilities.
Many listed on the character's jutsu, elements, etc; will not be shown in the manga, simply it is not necessary.
If not, for example, say Kakashi 1000+ jutsu will take an additional 500 chapters, based on 20 pages/jutsu per chapter.
So do any other character's jutsu & element.
Then when Kishi did not include what sort jutsu & element that particular character, such as Minato, u blame Kishi for that.
Kishi spent a lot of time to create this Databook, and even to consult ninja expert.
Yet some of u do not appreciate.......

Naruto just learn one "Jounin class" clone jutsu, then he was able use that jutsu immediately;
and created 1000 clones, not many Jounin can do.

Well the creator of the story made it so its reliable, however I think the majority of the fans wont understand it.

How can I know Tobirama has all elements when all we have seen is Suiton?(just an example)
I believe Kishi but we need some proof otherwise I think its made to please each char's fans thats all
