I can't tell but he clearly failed at:

saving his village at all(it was completely ruined by Pein, thanks to Tsunade it's people were still alive)
saving his pervy Sensei
saving Sasuke
saving Neji and the rest
saving Obito all by himself(from his delusional desire).
saving the shinobi world from Madara.

Nonetheless, in the end he is just another failure from Konoha.
