[Theory] Do you think that Jiraya will be brought back to fight Kabuto as Sage vs Sage

Because Kabuto is not stupid. He knows that Tobi is powerful and he wouldn't just gamble with his life like that.

No, He shouldn't come back. If he did then there wont be any special about his character. He will become dumb just like other edos with the exception of madara and itachi

Good point! But even so it would be useful for Naruto to have him back on his side encouraging him and maybe even revealing him something he doesn't know yet, something that his parents entrusted to him as godfather.

Yeah. As you said Kabuto is not stupid. He has some aces in his sleeve. And you surely saw how scared was Toby when Kabuto showed him Madara's corpse or when resurrected him. Toby might be more powerful than Kabuto but neither him can't beat Madara. And at the smallest inconvenience Kabuto has a zombie army to turn against him. And I bet that Kabuto has some clues about Toby's real identity and could also blackmail him with this.

Aren't most of his zombie army sealed by now? He may have some clues but I don't know if Tobi would let himself by blackmailed with it :/
And as someone stated before, with Jiraiya laying at the bottom of a lake, the pressure would be too hard for anyone to fish him up again.
As for the toads helping him getting in Sage mode in Edo form: I doubt the toads would be willing to help a dead body fight against Naruto, so even if, for some peculiar reason, he could be brought back, he wouldn't be able to get into Sage mode which reduces his power a bit.

Hope he comes back so that he can be fodderized.
Maybe by team asuma or some known cloud ninja's.

Anyway if jiraiya was to come back he would be sealed in no time because he wouldnt be able to get sm. He hasnt perfected it and needed ma and pa frog. I doubt they would help him get into sm if he is one of kabuto's edo's

If you actually read or watch the manga/anime you would know that Kabuto said that he could not recover Jiraya's body due to the depth of the ocean... He's so far below that the pressure would kill Kabuto.

You know I just realized kabuto can turn himself into liquid which means he was lying about jman because he said the pressure of the water was too great but if he can turn into water then I think sage mode made his nose grow too.

I was thinking about the same thing. But also in ninja world they can use summoning, just like the way Naruto was summoned to the frog mountain to openth seal withhis father's scroll owned by that scroll frog. It could be a good way. The only problem would be the location of Jiraya's corpse, but this doesn't matter because as Pain's weapons could have J-man's blood, in the same way the Ero-senin's clothes could contain their blood, and so by using Pain's DNA Kabuto could summon something that contains the same DNA.

I thought of other important thing. Jiraya has lost one of his hands. Kabuto could replace that hand with a hand made of anyone else's DNA, as Orochimaru did with Danzo's hand or as even Kabuto did with Madara's hand, in both situations using Hashirama's DNA. Kabuto can do the same to Jiraya, but in order to make him able to use sm without the two toads.
