True but the problem is that if he does that, Kakuzu would know his secret and i'm not sure that he really wanted that to happen especially that early in the manga. Databook even says that he never use his MS infront of Akatsuki members

Obito can always use the genjutsu or deceive Kakuzu the way he did with Kisame! And with that Kakuzu would've respected him even more for being Uchiha Madara Deception is Obito's highest attribute combined with his genjutsu skill, I have no doubts!

Also If Kakzu ends up in Kamui world it affects Tobi's Kamui use, even his s/t so in a way he has only 2 options either Kill Kakuzu or Save Kakuzu

He simply could have saved Kakuzu off screen. Also, Kakuzu knowing the secret could possibly be of benifit...as having his own world he could naturally have a **** load of cash. Also, Obito could have simply not included him in the genjutsu...allowing him to go take money!
