Well he would show badass Monkey mode aka fusion with King Enma... But I don't see him surprassing Hashirama but still the gap between Hokages should be much smaller and make them less or more equal

Hiruzen is basically like a very good chuunin. He does a bunch of basic attacks, that's it, but he is very strategic and uses them very well. Now he doesn't even have RDS.
