I don't think they will die, I think they may get recruited by orochimaru or join the alliance... It's possible that they remain loyal to Sasuke but at the same time he tried to kill one of his members. I don't think Sasuke is evil 100% yet so it's possible for him to still care about his team mates Jugo and Suigetsu as for Karin I'd say she won't join him again unless he some how breaks her out of that Shinobi interrogation room and possibly say he wasn't thinking straight because of his hatred...
