Do you think Shisui had the 10 years waiting time limitation?

Well, Shisui was the true master of these eyes, he developed them. One isnt usually born with techniques you cant perform, and I find it very odd that Shisui was so well known in the world, if his jutsu was only usable 2 times per decade (shisui was 20 at most). Maybe Shisui was some sort of breed between Uchiha and Senju, or maybe he simply didnt needed to wait being the true master of the eyes..

What is your opinion on that?

shisui had another technique that could control you without the sharingan taking the MS form it was called the doryoku and that was used with his three ring sharingan. plus he was the best genjustu user in the uchiha clan and genjutsu comes easy to all uchihas once they unlock the sharingan his was just the best. shisui was prolly controlling ppl with his sharingan when it was at 2 ring lol

i think the 10 years wait is just some number they pulled out of the air. its highly unlikely that he had ms at age 10. & if shisui's cooldown was less than10 years then how would itachi even know it takes 10 years if he has never used it? i think its just a random number so not to make shisui seem like he could be pulling the strings as some sort of mastermind in the shadows.

My opinion is that 10 year limit on his MS Genjutsu is what it is.
I don't think he was an inbreed.
I think that his match against Ao, he never used his MS yet it is still a mystery.

At first Danzo used the Jutsu on Mifune without the MS(Koto), yet when Itachi last saw Shisui he had the other MS activated while the other socket was kind of bloody.

SO Yes, I do think Shisui had the 10 year Limitation.

shisui's character is a mystery in general to me. How could he have been so powerful yet decide to drown himself? what logic is that? however i don't necessarily think he survived mainly because danzo and itachi both had an eye of his but why did he feel the need to do so? im not so sure shisui isn't going to make some kind of appearance or come back before its all said and done, besides, why was he born with those techs and not other Uchiha? somethings fishy about him to say the least

I think the suicide thing was a plothole to avoid Shisui soloing (assuming he didnt had the 10 years restriction). Seriously look at Code Geass, the main characters have powers very similar yet way weaker than Shisui's and he soloed a fictional universe way harder to beat than Naruto.
