Do you think Shin is the actual villain?

I honestly doubt it because from my experience with Naruto and other anime; the ugly nasty ones are never really the final bosses. Sasuke stated there was a threat even scarier than Kaguya but to be honest, as impressive as the Mangekyo Sharingan is, that shlt was irrelevant half a series ago (excluding Obito's Mangekyo. That be god tier)

Not to mention Sasuke made them look like academy kids.

Shin is gonna play the Sasori role, when he's about to get defeated he will redeem himself by sacrificing his life.

He'll also play a role in revealing Sarada's identity and the history of her clan imo
