Do you think Shin had any involvement with the creation of Yamato and Mitsuki?

After looking back in the early part 2 of Shippuden Yamato was the first successful clone out of 100 failed attempts and later within the Mitsuki one shot we can cleary see that Orochimaru has clearly gotten better with genetics and on his second attempt Mitsuki was born but my question is how did Oro perfect synthetic clones so fast? Shin Uchiha is the answer simply due to his genes which should allow a perfect synthetic clone to be born...So i believe Shin had a major influence over some of Orochimaru's experiments while also being a key ingredient to those experiments

I agree which is why i think Mitsuki can enter sage mode subconsciously i believe is because of a possible mix of a Zetsu body with Juugo's clan DNA and tissue from Shin to piece it all together

I feel like Mitsuki's Sage Mode has more ties to Hamura's side of Otsutsuki family tree it seems more like a diluted version of Toneri's Tenseigan Chakra Mode with more of a snake influence possibly stemming from the knowledge Orochimaru gathered Ryuuchi Cave and Juugo's DNA to consistently gather NE
