I don't think so, simply because Madara said perfect susano'o is equal to the power of a bijuu. A tailed beast's power can easily be measured by a TBB, so perfect susano'o must be able to withstand it. Sasuke's susano'o is inferior to Madara's so I'm assuming that his wouldn't be able to take it.

Depends from where it comes. If Naruto manages to shoot it at Susanoos back its good bye Sasuke as apparently susanoos weakness is its back. Dont really know what will happen if it hits the front will probably cancel susanoo and send Sasuke flying back with minimal damage.
