We all know Sasuke can use almost any jutsu and he demonstrated the ability to copy techniques just by looking at them once like when he copied lee's taijutsu, imitating hagoromo's core-less CT, using his PS as an extra layer for Naruto's kurama avatar like madara did, and using his PS like the gedo statue and Imitating hagoromo's chakra control just by hearing the story so it's possible for him to copy it.

and what's cool is that the lightning armor might spike his hair back the way it was while it's active you know?
