death reaper seal seals the soul, kurama's chakra was sealed in minato... and as we have seen in the latest manga, kurama can regenerate his chakra, so naruto probably has the full 9-tails sealed inside him now, and it therefor wouldn't make much of a point to give sasuke the chakra that was sealed

I guess it would depend on exactly what happened when it was sealed. If the chakra was split into two distinct and different entities that possibly but if the chakra is still Kurama just sealed off then as soon as it is released it could automatically go back to Kurama and Sasuke would not be able to stop it.
