Sasuke has EMS so he does not need SM.

Naruto shippuden is coming to an end so I really doubt that he will have enough time to get SM.

so6p beat the juubi without any jutsus. he only got his rinnegan.jutsus were invented later.

juubi is called a god because he was so powerful.... and so6p beat him.

hachibi is just a little part of the juubi, about 5/20 from the juubi.

sasuke was almost killed by hachibi. his team saved his @ss about 2 times or more. and sasuke could use all of his stupid jutsus.

now please tell me how sasuke can be more powerful then the rikudou sennin.

I don't think so, but I think he should have gained some permanent abilities from Orochimaru since it made him unique. Now he's just another Uchiha. The snake abilities combined with sharingan abilities would be badass. I wouldn't mind if Orochimaru himself got the sharingan
