Underrated? The jutsu hasn't killed anyone. And was completely useless against tailed beast cloak. Its about time people got over the EMS. And start realizing that sasuke has a rinnegan now for crying out loud.

And, quite a few jutsus and aspects of Naruto have their own weaknesses.
No that's not what I'm saying, the jutsu is useless against people with bijuu powers and people above Naruto. He should just train his rinnegan more and stop wasting time with played out EMS abilities that will only kill fodder.
