The fact that he isn't with Sakura and Sarada means that he doesn't care about them and won't follow them when they die, he only cares about protecting the Shinobi world in the Shadows and doing his own research just like Orochimaru.

And Sasuke's way of ending the of Indra and Ashura is becoming immortal or taking Indra's place or something(according to viz), Hagoromo couldn't stop it so there is no other way.

So Sasuke must become immortal to stop the reincarnation of Indra and protect the Shinobi world and continue his research in the different dimensions and planets which takes a long time.

What do you think? will he become immortal like Orochimaru?

I think you are misunderstanding the meaning of immortality in Naruto.

Madara is immortal. Hashirama is immortal. Hiruzen is immortal. Tobirama is immortal. Naruto is immortal.

So Sasuke is already immortal. What he did and does will last forever and shaped the Shinobi world for the generations to come.

By the way, Orochimaru is not really immortal. Only if he can change bodies, otherwise he will die like everybody else.
