No cuz in almost every fight in shippuden he got help. Deidara was the only fair fight. Also he got destroyed by bee twice. Danzo karin helped her. THEN HE BETRAYED HER LIKE AN B!TCH. Itachi let sauske kill him. and during the fight with kabuto he made itachi do everything. and he got destroyed by the kage. without obito sauske wouldnt exist

itachi let sasuke kill him? what?
what did karin do against danzo?
also, he cant really "make" itachi do anything if itachi is more powerful than him...correct? so how did he make itachi do all the work? itachi did it voluntarily.

No,Sasuke isn't a boss.He may be strong , but Naruto,Madara,Hashi,Obito own him.
All I can say,he is a boss to Taka.
