Maybe but he might not know about them just yet. He only first witnessed the Rinnegan when he arrived to the battlefield to find about JJ Obito but he hasnt had a chance to really learn much about the Rinnegan.

He should be able to. But I doubt he will be shown using them simply because we already know about them. That is why Limbo was introduced, to show us a new rinnegan technique.

i agree with this guy.It also make no sense if sasuke use the rinnegan path jutsu in current battle because it will be repetitive or boring if he used them against Naruto in the final battle

I don't think so. Madara is probably going to be spamming path techniques when he gets his second Rinnegan and the fight will get stale fast if the use the same techniques. He has a different looking Rinnegan for a reason. He'll probably just get a new slew of techniques that are even more broken than the standard Rinnegan set.

Shinra Tensei can be tanked by the current enemies; Robot limbs are nothing to worry about compared to chakra limbs; the power to grab an enemy's chakra and pull it out is actually strong, but it requires getting in close enough to land a more lethal blow, anyway; summoning jutsu would be absolutely wrecked by the the current power levels.

Basically, chakra absorption and the "new" Rinnegan techniques are far more potent.

I partially agree however you have to keep in mind that the power of the techniques increases with the strength of the user (just like Nagato put a lot of chakra into his Shinra Tensei to destroy the Leaf).

I could imagine that Sasuke's regular Shinra Tensei could be already close to Leaf busting size, not to mention how strong it would be if he would put more chakra into it.

Shinra Tensei, Bansho Tenin and the Chakra absorption would be still useful.
