Sasuke has a black and white, logical, and analytic view on things. Like how you said Bijuu's are seen as weapons, but removing them would not solve anything. Thats not exactly true. The entirety of this war was for Obito to gain Kurama from Naruto. Everyone that has died in the akatsuki, and in this war arc have died over the sake of Bijuu. Not to mention that Bijuu were very destructive before being put into Jinchuriki's.
The way Sasuke sees it: Eliminate the Bijuu, end wars, save lives.
The way Naruto sees it: Make friends with Bijuu, end wars, save lives.
Neither of them are wrong, they just view things differently.
Sasuke is in the wrong, there was war before the Juubi/bijuus.
