It just depends. Since she wants to be Hokage, Naruto would be a better role model for her than her dad. Boruto wants to travel the world like Sasuke so Sasuke is a better role model for him. I wouldn't say Naruto is a better father though. They both seem kind of neglectful of their kids. Not that it's their fault. As the 2 most powerful beings on the planet they have some very worldly matters to attend to which keeps them occupied.

EDIT: I think it's cool that Naruto and Sasuke's Kids look up to their "Uncles" I get the feeling Sarada will end up as Naruto's pupil. Also what's that anime on your sig? Looks dope

She explicitly states she'll walk a different path from Sasuke and aspires to become hokage, so I think the first one is implied. Not sure about the second one tho since Sarada reconciled with her father in Gaiden.

Yes she does. It was because of the whole Gaiden experience that she even decides to take the path of Hokage. Naruto has a huge influence on her life and more than that of Sasuke. She is sometimes on the edge with her father. She loves him but does not consider him her role model. Naruto has been a greater father figure for her because he was there for the past 11 years in her life.

Vice versa, Boruto respects his father and his work but still thinks Sasukw i more cooler than his own dad and considers him to be a greater role model. In the end both Naruto and Sasuke serve as good role models.
