We all remember when Bee blitzed Kisame with a lariat

Remember samehada transfer some of bees stolen chakra to kisame to heal his wound

my question now, is this ability exclusive to only kisame? Or can any weilder of samehada use this?


If this true than bee is at a advantage now in 1vs1 fights since he can heal any fatal wound with the exception he can get there enemies chakra and samehada transfers it to bee.
