That speculated "Slug Sage Mode" simply won't happen because Sage Mode takes enormous chakra reserves (think of Jiraiya, Naruto, and Hashirama). Sakura does not have those chakra reserves; even Kabuto couldn't do it until he had Orochimaru's DNA, as well as that of the Sound Five, and Taka's DNA.

She should but I don't really see it seeing as she doesn't have the chakra to create that seal Tsunade has on her forehead and she can't give out her chakra to a whole village so like eh but she probably will surpass her somehow[/I someday seeing as Naruto & Sasuke seemed to have surpass Jiraiya & Oro so it wouldn't be fair to be the only team 7 member who didn't surpass their master i guess.

sakura was awesome when she knocked all 3 of them out. they are all much stronger than her physically, yet she took all 3 out unsuspectingly. this is one of the reasons i think shes one of the best kunoichi! kishi def foreshadowed that she will surpass tsunade...but as everyone else also said...will he show it? or focus all on naruto and sasuke now

She will most probably not in strength at least, as Tsunade has natural Monstrous Strength. Sakura never had that nor has she ever displayed it. Her strength is chakra control. I am unsure about Immortality technique as well, but in medical jutsus? Most probably.
