Sakura has no reason to be jealous of Ino, quite the opposite, she is married to the guy they both fought for since childhood, Sai is just a cheap copy of Sasuke, he is inferior in everything. :lol

Sai can't use reverse harem, Naruto never taught him and I doubt he can even learn it if he tried. Sasuke on the other hand can use it easily, he was watching Naruto with his Sharingan activated when Naruto used it against Kaguya. And guess what?
