dude,sm naruto is nowhere near tsunade's strength,she made a fissure with a finger.km naruto said that 1 clean punch from the raikage and he would be screwed,and that was v1 raikage at that time,who,when helped buy onoki cudnt break madara's susanoo,tsunade smashed both madara's susanoo and madara clean.if tsunade had landed a punch on any of those paths,they would be screwed.

tsunade has enormous strength physically,adding medical ninjutsu just increases it to monstrous levels,remember she lifted gambunta's sword and jumped high in the air to incapacitate manda,her axe kick made a shockwave strong enough to destroy 2 buldings as a side effect.also A also broke sasuke's susanoo wit a bitch slap as wellxd,madara's susanoo was much stronger than sasuke's own,but tsunade still broke it with a punch,in terms of strength.she is the strongest in the narutoverse.

Also, I think Naruto could have a chance in SM. But I don't think he will come near to Tsunade's strenght.
I mean, she is already powerful, she adds chakra control and gets more powerful. Imagine IF she would had Sage Mode which help increase all those things, how monstruous her strenght will get.

Well I said over Tsunade level strength, not Tsunade level blast impact . . . please note that gaint Rhino is larger than Gamabunta sword, so Naruto's SM strength may be well near or over Tsunade. Also Naruto threw back Kurama by his tail . . . So SM strength is very high. Try to understand next time.
