I think the base form goku used against 3rd form frieza may be stronger than his ssj3 form. What do you guys think?

I didn't even bother with the movie. WAY to many super sayans & Frieza going through his forms is something we've already seen plus a new form that's nothing like the others.

I'm interested in the one with Vegeta as the main character & he FINALLY WINS A FIGHT. He's hyped but has a terrible record.

Base Goku gets a "Plot Loan". When common sense says "no", plot says "Yes". Seriously. I understand Akira wants to do away with GT feats, but I still think fixing them would've been more plausible. SSJ4 was proof that the first, original super saiyan has finally been surpassed. Now we're back to wondering if that was the guy Billz was really searching for. Just sayin'.

Goku fighting beerus after his God form ran out was Movie filler. Manga version he didn't fight outside of God form and there is zero mention of goku absorbing his god powers and using them to put himself on par with them in base or any other form.
It has been like it always has Super Blue Goku > SSJ3 Goku > SSJ2 goku > ssj goku > kaioken goku > base goku.

It seems in Super...the power of the SSG was able to fuse with Goku and became his own. Which is why he was able to fight Beerus on equal footing despite him being in his SS1 form.

The anime is cannon while the manga is promotional material
Base Goku punched the sphere of destruction
SbG is cannon and god tier
Gtfoh the manga is less reliable than the anime now cause toryama supervised the anime while he just gives a generic script to toyotara for the manga.

If Goku didnt absorb God ki in base then he would've never became a super saiyan Blue. The manga adaptation was rushed asf, Beerus never even stated Goku absorbed SSG power but we know for a fact he did or else he would've never gained Super saiyan Blue.

None of that happened in the manga.
In the manga goku did not fight beerus outside of Super saiyan god. If you want his fight with beerus in the movie then go read the manga you will see massive inaccuracies between the two.
Goku fighting beerus outside of super saiyan god is complete filler, as i said go see for yourselves
Vegeta never got God ki, he has super saiyan blue.
Second if goku did absorb god Ki his super saiyan blue would completely dwarf vegeta's making him completely irreverent to goku's training and i highly doubt vegeta would get God ki, off panel and also have nothing said of it. Goku absorbing god Ki in his base form creates to much of a power gap between him and the other than it would make anyone that isn't goku completely redundant in comparison.
Also if this was true goku wouldn't even been super saiyan blue to take down golden freiza, his base form would've been enough or just SSj1
